颱風妮妲來勢洶洶直襲廣東。內地中央氣象台昨傍晚6時發佈最高級別的颱風紅色預警，另廣州當局昨午更歷史上首次發佈颱風防汛全民動員令，指妮妲將嚴重影響廣州，並全市實行「三停」（即停工、停產、停課）；而深圳則加上停市而成「四停」。當局預計未來兩日廣東全省將有大雨至特大暴雨，沿海風力將達10至12級。
