【本報訊】民航處今年3月委聘海外顧問，就航拍機規管進行研究，料報告可在今年內完成。有航拍機團體建議民航處設立航拍機牌照制度，只要擁有航拍機便需考取牌照，即使公眾休憩使用也需規管。資深航拍導師指建議過份，若所有用家需強制考牌，會扼殺業界發展，建議當局集中劃定禁飛區及規管商業用戶。
