【本報訊】「咁多年，始終捱唔住」，屹立上水49年的新康街中輝書局，不敵加租一倍至13萬元，500呎小店今年底結業，跨不過半百門檻。小店見證文具店裏店外變遷，藥房化妝品店取代小店，店內最受歡迎貨品由針筆和T尺等專業文儀用品，變成顏色筆等兒童文具。店主周先生嘆上水核心地帶從此或再無文具店。
