公正党议员蔡添强去年针对地庭裁决煽动罪名提出上诉，但是，蔡添强本身今天却未显身吉隆坡高庭。法官于是向他发出逮捕令，下令抓拿蔡添强。
蔡添强2013年505大选后在隆雪华堂一场讲座上发表煽动言论。他被控后，于去年9月被地庭宣判罪成，判处坐牢3个月和罚款1800令吉。
