前首相纳吉今天无法拿到庭令，阻止内陆税收局的司法诉讼。这意味着，税收局可以继续进行要求纳吉破产的案件。
内陆税收局在2019年入禀法庭，向纳吉追到16亿9千万令吉的所得税欠款。由于纳吉没有支付这笔欠款，税收局于是入禀法庭申请裁定纳吉破产，而纳吉则接着申请暂缓高庭的裁决。
不过高庭法官阿末巴仄今天驳回了纳吉的暂缓令申请。法官通过电邮的方式，通知了纳吉的律师团和税收局，高庭的裁决结果。因此，纳吉距离破产变得更进一步。
