一对穆斯林父母，不满国民登记局以他们的孩子在他们结婚不到6个月内就出世为由，擅自将他们孩子的父姓，改成’ bin abdullah’，而从5年前入禀法庭。联邦法院今天判决，国民登记局必须把"bin adbullah"从这名非婚生子穆斯林孩子的身份证上移除；不过，这个孩子在身份证上仍然无法冠上父姓。
