【本報訊】的士女司機疑陀槍並攜刀開工，被控管有仿製火器及管有攻擊性武器共兩罪。案件昨早提堂時，控方透露女司機曾患精神病，控方並撤銷起訴她管有仿製火器罪，但沒解釋原因。律政司晚上回覆時指警方落案起訴該罪名前，未有先獲得律政司同意，故律政司決定撤控。
