【團結基金報告】
【本報訊】特首梁振英曾以未來數年私人住宅落成量創新高，作為自己的政績；原來海量單位的另一面，是港人居住空間越縮越窄。團結香港基金發表研究報告指未來4年每年平均有1.8萬私樓單位落成，較過去10年平均數高六成，但總樓面面積僅升三成。今年至2019年私樓單位平均面積更將下跌一成半至670方呎，即港人未來將越住越細。
