面對全球環境惡化，匯豐控股集團（005）約26萬名員工，歷史上首次全體凍薪。包括對集團盈利貢獻最大的香港區——匯豐香港及恒生銀行共約3萬名員工，亦難倖免。據悉，集團上周在港舉行董事會後，周末向中高層員工發內部通知，指今年員工要凍薪兼凍結招聘，安排即時生效。主管階層向員工示意，今年花紅發放極具挑戰性，要從現實考慮。
