【本報訊】12歲的肖友懷（懷仔）出生時遭父母遺棄、3歲時外婆「借用」他人身份申請雙程證來港匿藏。懷仔沒證件無法入學、碰見警察掉頭就走、生病也不能看西醫，9年來過着非一般的無證童年，直至上月初無證混血少女墮樓殞命，外婆擔心懷仔情況，昨決定自首，冀港府酌情批准懷仔留港。外婆昨涉協助教唆逾期居留被捕，懷仔暫獲發行街紙。
