【本報訊】前行政長官曾蔭權豪遊廉租一案，至昨日廉政公署已立案調查足三年。雖然刑事檢控專員楊家雄上月曾表示，廉署已完成調查，律政司正研究相關法律問題，以決定是否作出檢控，但至昨日律政司仍繼續稱，正考慮相關資料及研究涉及的法律問題，拒評案件進度。前刑事檢控專員江樂士質疑，誰將案件束之高閣？及原因何在？（It begs the question of who then kicked the case into the long grass, and why?）
