【本報訊】10年前兩鐵合併後港鐵壟斷香港鐵路服務，但表現未如人意，近日更爆出連串工程醜聞。合併前擔任九廣鐵路主席的田北辰倡議，港鐵應該變成九鐵。他質疑港鐵近年「出軌」大搞地產及海外業務，「點解要間地產公司去營運鐵路」，認為政府應用600億元回購港鐵，「公營化，行番九鐵模式」，專心做好鐵路，服侍香港人。
