【本報訊】特首梁振英上台後，警民關係不斷升溫，將於明日六年任期屆滿的監警會主席翟紹唐不諱言，現時的警民關係比五年前差，已達臨界點，一旦發生佔中，擔心警民關係會破裂，很大機會爆發衝突。他促請警隊管理層在制訂公眾遊行集會策略時，應以執法需要為考慮因素，不應有政治目的。
