【本報訊】山頂盧吉道保育問題近年連番引起爭議，關注團體美港聯盟最近要求地政總署，否決盧吉道28號持有人，即盈信控股相關人士計劃將政府地改成私人車道的申請，聯盟已向申訴專員公署及立法會作出投訴。
