【本報訊】預算案撥款500億元大搞創新科技，當中撥款400億元予科技園。科技園公司主席羅范椒芬昨否認成為「大贏家」，強調只有100億元可以直接支配。她指不可以一下子決定撥款具體用途，願意每年去立法會匯報科技園發展，但希望能夠有靈活性、因時制宜去用錢，「有啲嘢時不與我，一定要快」。
