西環精神書局去年一度不敵加租結業，幸火速覓得新舖重開；近日再增設出租休閒單車服務，將二手書籍和單車遊二合為一，讓文青一族慢騎遊西環，從西環碼頭的天空之鏡到都市傳說高街鬼屋，細看新城舊區好風光；更會回贈一半單車租金，讓文青在書局挑選心頭好。書局第三代掌舵人黃寶龍（Sam）希望鼓勵更多都市人在手機不離手的今天重拾閱讀書本的興趣。
