【本報訊】公屋不足，租金飆升，市民對前景越失信心。社會服務聯會發表最新「香港社會發展指數」調查，其中房屋分類指數嚴重倒退，由2004年指數118急挫至2012年的負106；這八年間私人住宅租金指數也錄得98%升幅。社聯指出，公屋輪候人數已逼近23萬，加上租金升勢未止，預期房屋指數會越來越差，促政府加建公屋及落實租務管制。
