首相兼财长纳吉在预算案中宣布，继续为华裔中小企业和新村提供贷款和发展基金。
“政府准备了5000万令吉贷款，给华裔中小企业和自立合作社，并增加3000万令吉贷款通过一马中小型基金发放给华裔。此外，为了发展新村也准备了6500万令吉，还有1000万令吉来维修房子”。
