環保團體綠色力量分析空氣質素健康指數（Air Quality Health Index，AQHI），發現年初至上月底香港整體空氣污染較去年略為改善，但觀塘區情況惡化，更登上全港空氣污染重災區榜首，錄得甚高或嚴重健康風險級別的時數較去年大升一倍至48小時，錄得較輕微的高健康風險以上級別時數亦僅次於屯門名列全港第二。有區議員料與近年人口劇增及工程增加有關。
