【本報訊】樓價瘋狂，港人對細價樓需求急增，令市場出現越來越多的「納米樓」。政府最新數字顯示，2012至2016年期間有近6萬個私人住宅單位落成，當中實用面積少於20平方米的住宅單位，4年內飆升1.5倍，由2013年只有81個實用面積少於20平方米的單位落成，急增至去年全年有206個。對於應否設立單位最低面積，政府稱，不排除出售個別住宅用地時加入相關條款。
近年私人發展商在新建住宅單位的時候，其實用面積越來越細，衍生「納米樓」現象。
