女士不想有水桶腰、豪華臀,那麼就不要偷懶,多做普拉提運動。中國香港體適能總會教育主任陳嘉威表示,普拉提運動透過不同的伸展及肌肉鍛煉,強化軀幹的穩定性,從而改善臀部及腰部等線條,並有助趕走鬼祟肉,例如橋式抬腿、V形捲腹,都可鍛煉腰腹或臂部肌肉,有效針對肌肉鬆弛,勤做有收身效果。
