【本報訊】民陣於10.1舉行爭普選遊行，除遭康文署封殺拒批維園作起步集合外，警方亦遲遲不批出不反對通知書。據知民陣已作最壞打算，一旦警方堅拒發不反對通知書，民陣不排除直接到中環遮打道集會，到時或有人即場「去飲」。民陣召集人楊政賢質疑，警方拖延發不反對通知書，是想令民陣沒時間上訴推翻不合理限制。<br/>
