【本報訊】美酒佳餚巡禮大熱後，香港國際美酒展也緊接於今日揭幕，並在本周六開放予公眾入場，入場費每位200元。因應大熱的威士忌銷量按年上升兩至三成，大會首度引入威士忌及烈酒展區，更特別搭建威士忌及白蘭地酒吧，其中日本威士忌成為新貴，如獲選為年度最佳威士忌的「山崎」更被炒至每支三千多元，場內也會有專家教路品酒。
