紅磡德民街42號黃埔新邨對開，早上11時19分，一部貨車沿德民街二線往漆咸道北方向行駛，其間一名老翁由車罅走出過路，貨車收掣不及撞倒老翁，老翁當場倒地，頭部淌血，途人報警求助。姓何（86歲）老翁仍然清醒，稍後獲送院治理。姓羅（56歲）司機留在現場協查。上址並無過路設施，不排除有人亂過馬路釀禍。
