加工肉或紅肉均被指有可能致癌,哪吃多少才是安全?世衞表示,現時數據不足以作安全食用量評估,只稱進食越多風險越高。中文大學營養研究中心註冊營養師張可琪建議,除了減少進食加工肉及紅肉外,也可以雞肉或魚類海鮮等白肉取代,又或改食紅腰豆、豆腐等補充蛋白質。
