中年人也可膝關節退化,香港大學公共衞生學院助理教授兼物理治療師方少萌表示,長期姿勢不良、過胖均會增加膝關節負荷,令退化提早來到,中年人出現膝關節疼痛、發熱、腫脹、僵硬,長期不治理更會令腳部變形,隨時寸步難行。不想膝關節提早退化,除了減肥和改善不良姿勢外,勤做運動亦可強化肌肉,保持膝關節活動幅度。以下3個運動建議每天做兩個循環,但當疼痛加劇,應尋求醫生或物理治療師專業意見。
