自由行及一簽多行徹底改變香港零售業生態，一條街有十多間藥房，有藥房成為「光復」目標。於跑馬地開藥房的劉愛國，難得在小區享受一片寧靜。但他指數年前內地人搶奶粉的高峯期，「（內地人）出面買唔到，四周圍搵，環頭環尾都去，嚟到問有幾多買幾多」。市民不滿藥房賺得盤滿，卻不顧港人利益，劉表示，自由行實施前後藥房數目增加一倍，行內競爭大，生意是「好睇唔好食」。
