屯門良景邨小販問題存在已超過20年，一班疑有黑幫新義安撐腰的小販一直在邨內擺賣，而良景邨屬於租置公屋，大廈及商場街市由不同的管理公司負責，多年來都想趕走該班小販，亦試過報警，但是成效不大。

直至去年，因街市翻新變成良景市集，原在街市附近擺賣的小販移到貼近商場及輕鐵站附近繼續開檔。疑有人想以黑制黑，找來一班水房人馬以「管理員」身份驅趕小販。
