由行动党名嘴"超人"丘光耀发起的"莫忘505黑色国耻日"倒数一周年街头抗议，在5月5日凌晨12点圆满落幕，除了吸引大约200民众参与，行动党国会领袖林吉祥、全国组织秘书陆兆福、居銮国会议员刘镇东、绿色盛会主席黄德等也到场支持。其中，林吉祥致词时心痛表示："在505全国大选一周年，我们以沉重的心情接受民联可能（因为伊刑法而）瓦解的现实。"
