【本報訊】小學教師林慧思2013年因爆粗罵警，遭建制組織狙擊，時任特首梁振英更要求教局跟進林有否違反教師操守。教育人員專業操守議會（操守議會）去年裁定林違反《香港教育專業守則》，教局在事發一年後始致函提醒林注意守則，未有提及懲處。林質疑教局做法奇怪。
