【本報訊】香港海關扣查新加坡陸軍9架裝甲車逾兩個月，雙方高層多次交涉終有突破性發展，昨天海關准許船公司領回裝甲車，今日凌晨運往葵涌貨櫃碼頭由貨船運走。新加坡國防部長黃永宏早前預計，裝甲車會在下月11日前運返新加坡。
