觀塘避風塘繼上周三有3艘遊艇被「斬纜」，今晨又有同類事故。早上9時許，一艘停泊在避風塘的遊艇，4條繩纜被人弄斷。警方列刑事毀壞案，由水警總區重案組接手調查。
