【本報訊】申訴專員日前批評海事處縱容私人遊艇會將船隻繫泊位分租圖利，未料疑遭黑幫入侵的觀塘避風塘，昨晨又發生刑事毀壞案，當中三艘遊艇的繩纜被人蓄意斬斷。警方拘捕一名男子，水警總區重案組正調查案件。
