【本報訊】民主動力創會召集人鄭宇碩，以及佔中三子其中兩人陳健民和朱耀明，昨決定應4名遭特首梁振英入稟要求取消議員資格的議員，包括羅冠聰、梁國雄、劉小麗和姚松炎邀請，成立「守護公義基金」，希望透過元旦遊行和稍後連串籌款活動，為4名議員籌募至少500萬元，應付司法覆核官司需要。
