特區政府今早公佈委任警隊首名女副處長趙慧賢為新任申訴專員，任期4月1日起生效，為期5年，接替任期屆滿決定退休的劉燕卿。警務處隨即公佈，委任現年53歲警務處高級助理處長郭蔭庶接替趙慧賢的職位，並於3月4日生效。
