公正党霹雳半港州议员柯沙文揭露，当地最新一季新登记的选民异常地多达2900人，有一些选民甚至拿油棕园注册住址，让人再度怀疑幽灵选民的弊端。他以其中一个油棕园为例，当地没有屋子却有22人在登记，而且还被选委会接受。“这里没有屋子，只有油棕园，却出现新选民？选委会要接受吗？这个可以拿来宪报吗？还是油棕树可以投票？”
