【本報訊】前日在屯門蝴蝶灣遇溺死亡的11歲女童鄭芷琦，在救傷站經搶救後抬上救護車時，貼在其身上的自動心臟去顫器（Automated External Defibrillator簡稱AED）電極片，被發現貼錯位置，被質疑影響急救效果。
