【本報訊】超強颱風「尼伯特」直撲台灣，更一度出現罕有的雙風眼現象，預計今日清晨登陸台灣東部，屆時暴風圈席捲全台，帶來豪雨，香港往返台灣數十航班取消；本港天文台表示，會密切注視尼伯特環流情況，才決定今日是否發出熱帶氣旋警告信號。
