女士在夏日穿小背心,最怕大力揮手時驚見byebye肉。亞洲運動及體適能專業學院(AASFP)課程總監兼物理治療師周錦浩表示,手臂byebye肉即三頭肌比較鬆弛,並且積聚脂肪。要改善byebye肉關鍵在於調控飲食習慣,避免高脂肪、高熱量食物,同時要做有氧訓練,常見如跑步、踩單車及游泳等,以及肌肉鍛煉,包括進行手部推前、推後動作,都可以令手臂肌肉變得結實。
