跑步是與生俱來的本能,但往往會因先天或後天因素導致不良跑步姿勢。中文大學矯形外科及創傷學系講師李韋煜博士表示,長時間使用不正確的跑步姿勢,不但會影響跑步表現,也可能對身體帶來不良影響。都市人肩頸肌肉過度僵硬,尤其經常使用電腦、手機的人,容易成為跑步低頭族。其他不良跑姿包括手臂擺動過度,甚至手臂橫跨了身體的「中線」,都會令人跑得慢及浪費氣力。至於跑步的步幅太大,則可引致膝蓋關節及附近肌腱出現損傷。跑手進行特定訓練,有助踢走壞跑姿。
