運動前做足準備,跑步受傷無有怕。運動前的熱身動作,除了一般的靜態拉拉筋外,動態伸展都同樣重要。中大矯形外科及創傷學系講師李韋煜博士,動態伸展是透過一連串的簡單帶氧運動,讓身體的體溫逐漸提升,例如交叉步,開合跳等等。
