寸金尺土的沙田鬧市，大隱隱一片綠。從龍華酒店旁邊，經過長蛇似的山道，繞過小村，來到一道鐵門前，推開鐵門是一片桑麻沃地。視平線以下是三千多呎的一片綠油油，抬頭卻是建有三千多個單位的穗禾苑，石屎與菜田同時出現在眼球，不可以說不夢幻。
