【本報訊】56歲退休教師兼職出版社顧問，昨獨自到大埔新娘潭為教科書拍攝插圖，其間不慎跣腳飛墮10米下的瀑布底，頭撼岩石重創昏迷，行山人士發現報警，消防員在潭底將他救起，緊急送院搶救，惟終傷重死亡。
