全國人大常委會最快8月底就政改報告有決定，和平佔中的三名發起人要求在北京有決定前，與特區政改三人組對話，預計日內有答覆。發起人陳健民表明，若政府拖延對話、不肯面對79萬人全民投票普選訴求，佔中將再發起群眾運動。民主黨昨晚亦與另一佔中發起人戴耀廷開會，商討合作佔中事宜，戴會後重申他們的共識是政改方案必須符合國際標準，否則發動佔中。<br/>
