【本報訊】當樓價屢創新高，居屋呎價要過萬元、無殼蝸牛叫苦連天之際，《蘋果》發現一個呎價僅二百五十元的「超級筍盤」。有人將三十年歷史舊遊艇包裝為「全海景船屋」在網上發售，號稱面積二千呎，開價五十萬元。記者上周到大埔三門仔海面「睇屋」並一嘗在水中央的生活，結果大失所望。海事處更警告，遊艇只作遊樂用途，入住乃屬違法。
