【本報訊】廉政公署「前一姐」署理執行處首長李寶蘭被突然取消署任，動搖廉署管治。前政務司司長陳方安生牽頭的「香港2020」，昨舉辦「誰帶頭摧毀廉署和法治？」公民論壇，多名與會者均質疑事件不尋常。前廉政專員施百偉（Bertrand de Speville）更認為，港府應刪去《廉政公署條例》內，廉署受特首命令及其管轄字眼，確保廉署獨立不受制於任何人。
