【本報訊】銅鑼灣核心地段舖租近年被主打自由行生意的藥房搶高，隨着生意額下跌，藥房現倒閉潮，駱克道的藥房在過去9個月內有3間連環提早結業。新近有舖位獲時裝店承租，月租僅55萬元，較藥房租金大跌近4成。
