【本報訊】不少人以一分鐘內能做多少次掌上壓、仰卧起坐或引體上升,作為是否強壯的指標,但專家指平時「死練」一種動作,只能夠鍛煉特定的大組肌肉,長遠會出現平衡力及身體協調能力變弱的反效果,更甚連體形亦受影響,建議可利用HICT(High Intensity Circuit Training,高強度循環訓練)等多元化的帶氧運動,鍛煉小組肌肉力量,有助塑造理想肌肉線條。
