【本報訊】由「世界御廚」楊貫一主理的富臨飯店，入稟狀告同行侵權，指經營多間「富臨酒家」、「富臨皇宮」、「富臨漁港」等共45間公司侵犯其商標，要求法院頒令禁制、賠償，兼要對方改名，否則將行使權力代它們改名。
