【本報訊】市民要小心低息物業貸款cold call電話，免墮貸款陷阱。明愛向晴軒過去三年收到一百二十八宗物業借貸求助，當中三分一涉及中介公司，聲稱能給予低息物業貸款，處理原有債務，但轉介二三線財務公司貸款，才發現涉及大額中介費，令他們債台高築。有求助個案原欠債二十萬元，一年五度經中介轉介，總欠款額滾大至二百五十萬元，要賣樓還錢。
